The application may collect identity and contact details, project characteristics, service needs, budget range, rights and AI-use declarations, plus an optional file or secure file link. For security and abuse prevention, the IP address is converted into a non-reversible hash.

Retention, access and deletion

Applications are configured for a maximum retention period of 180 days where no contract is formed; legal obligations, disputes or an active discussion may require restricted retention for longer. Files are never stored in a public directory. Access is limited to people authorised for assessment and operations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect assessment of your project application.
