AI-assisted and AI-generated
AI-assisted uses such as language checks, idea organisation or technical support are recorded separately from AI-generated text, images or translations. The distinction matters for platform disclosure and rights review.
Human oversight
AI output is not published without review. A human specialist checks editorial accuracy, originality risk, consistency, cultural suitability, visual continuity and technical quality. Final creative decisions and approvals remain in the documented project workflow.
Disclosure and records
Where KDP or another selected platform requires disclosure of AI-generated content, the author must provide accurate information and the required declaration must be made during publication. Tools, production method, material sources and human interventions may be recorded in the project file.
