Do I keep the rights to my work?
In the Author-Owned model, rights, final files and usage permissions are defined clearly in the agreement and remain with the author to the broadest practical extent. Platform terms and third-party licences still apply.
Whose name is the Amazon account in?
Where suitable, the account is opened in the author’s or rights holder’s name; we support setup and uploads transparently. Tax and payment details belong to the account holder.
Do I earn 70% on every eBook sale?
No. The 70% option depends on territory, price band, rights and other conditions; delivery cost and tax may be deducted. Non-eligible sales may use 35%.
How is print-book income calculated?
For standard distribution, 50% or 60% is applied to the tax-exclusive list price and printing cost is deducted. Expanded Distribution may use a different rate.
How is this different from a traditional publisher?
Traditional publishing usually places investment and commercial risk with the publisher; in exchange for selective acquisition and contracted royalties, control may be more limited. Our primary model is author-funded professional production with more control over account, files, price and platform income.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. We provide professional production, a transparent process and publishing infrastructure; we do not guarantee sales, ranking, reviews or press coverage.
Can I apply before my manuscript is finished?
Yes. You may apply with an idea, draft or complete manuscript; the assessment scope changes by stage.
Which languages do you translate?
Turkish–English is the core pair. Other language pairs are assessed by project, genre and specialist availability.
Are editing, translation and proofreading the same?
No. Translation moves text into another language; editing improves content, structure or prose; proofreading catches final language and layout errors in an approved file.
Who provides the ISBN and whose name is it in?
Options depend on country, format, publishing model and channel. Ownership and imprint details are agreed in writing before publication.
How do you protect my files?
Applications are designed for controlled storage with limited access and a defined retention period. If production storage is not configured, the form never reports a false success.
How do revisions and approvals work?
Revision scope is written into the proposal. Editorial, translation, visual and proof stages have defined approval gates; a stage does not move forward without approval.
Where can you publish beyond Amazon?
Depending on suitability, we can assess IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play Books and other channels. Availability, country and contract terms are checked separately.
Do you use AI?
Only within agreed scope, author approval, platform rules and human editorial accountability. We record AI-assisted and AI-generated uses separately and make required disclosures.
How are character and illustration rights handled?
Usage, term, territory, source files, production method and third-party licences are defined in the agreement and asset records.
How are price and timing determined?
Word count, manuscript condition, language pair, image count, format, platform, schedule and revision scope are assessed together. We do not promise fixed terms before reviewing the manuscript.
